We ordered 5 ramen at a cost of around $120+ they add 10% if you go on a weekend. The ramen was nice enough however the soup allocation is meagre for myself I ordered an extra noodles in the bowl and when my dish arrived i had to dig into my noodles to find a small puddle of soup. I asked the server if there had been a mistake as I had ordered a large serving of ramen to which she replied stating the noodles must have soaked up the soup before then offering to sell me more soup at a charge of an extra $5. I refused to pay more for to bring my meal up to a level where it was fit for consumption. She fetched the manager who also offered me the chance to buy more. I declined again and noted i would never return if they chose not to fix the problem. Hence this will be my last ever visit to this shop.

As someone who has lived and travelled Japan extensively I can state with confidence this kind of predatory behavior would never happen in Japan. The staff here seem to take every opportunity to charge for everything, taking advantage of Australian consumers who just don't know what should be incluided. Avoid them like the plague and go...

It was really cold last night โ„๏ธ๐Ÿฅถโ„๏ธ๐Ÿฅถ . Perfect way to warm up was with this yummy bowl of ramen ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ . Wifey reminded me that we had a @tarosramen near us, so we decided to stop in on our way home from work. Being a Friday evening, there was a bit of a wait with a mini queue forming be near the entrance but the staff and patrons inside did their best to churn through awesome food and vacate when they were finished ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ . Wifey ordered the Tsukemen with extra soup. She really liked it cos she misses Tsukemen from Japan. How did this one compare? Wifey said she liked it enough to go back and order it again๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ . I ordered the normal Tonkotstu Ramen with extra black garlic oil. Pretty satisfied with it. Nice and hot, soup was creamy and rich. Wished it was a tad thicker but that's just my personal preference. Noodles were good, still bouncy.. all in all a solid ramen ๐Ÿคค . We also got pork Gyoza and potato croquettes as sides... Both delicious but the croquettes were really good๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ crispy, fried outer layer with a super soft mushy inside ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ . Pretty happy with this place being so close by and...

Disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited over an hour for our meals while others who arrived after us came and went - after raising the issue we continued to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. At the end, we received mediocre ramen/rice bowls for a very expensive price with an all-weekend surcharge of 10% in the fine print. Though the experience was not a good one, we understand mistakes can happen but when we asked the manager for an opportunity to improve our experience- offer us any kind of compensation for the lack of service and incredibly long wait, she insisted that there was absolutely nothing she could do to help. Overall an expensive price for average food and really lacking in customer service. Itโ€™s understandable that mistakes happen in a restaurant business but itโ€™s unacceptable to have no regard to amend the issue and try to have customers leaving on a better note. Do yourself a favour and choose any other Ramen place in Brisbane! Will definitely not...

So they take frozen ramen and reboil it like a similar thing that you normally do at home and charge 18.50 for it. Hmmm. So first it's expense second it's taste bad for ramen and 3rd why is this placed rated so highly. I guess the customer service was alright but that's it. They didn't accept split payment the front door knob had a sign turn saying turn hard and push, the tablet we were using had hair and greasy finger and oils spills. Even the ramen topping of meat on the ramen were both cold and thinner then my nails. For anyone who likes ramen or wants to experience true japenese ramen visit any ramen danbo. That's how it should taste and experience it. Also I think it cheaper there aswell.

There's a big attempt to be an authentic Japanese/Korean eating house both in the decore and the menu. In fact most of the staff are Japanese also, but they speak great English. After we figured out the hi-tech ordering system it was kimchi/pork rice bowl and fire tonkatsu ramen with pork. Self-serve free condiments are pickled ginger and a green vegetable. They have a good selection of drinks including beers including Suntory but no Kirin or Asahi. My kimchi pork rice dish was great but my Thai wife didn't care for her ramen noodles much and it wasn't very spicy for her taste. Food came fast but not together and the service is very friendly and helpful. Japanese are so polite!
