I've been coming here now for last 15 odd years since it first opened in 2003 and I've mostly only had good experiences with it. Good food, free drink refills and plenty of seating for everyone. Only things it lacks are the fit chips and maybe some newspapers. Better now they serve sandwiches in a plastic basket. Well...

Not a good experience, staff needed more training not knowing special deals advertised, but management phoned me next day to explain and talk about what happened, so in the future this won't happen to someone else, we all need to learn, but we also as staff member need to...
