Me and my partner came to this restaurant a couple of times but we were having a unpleasant experience yesterday night , we ordered food waiting for a entree near 20 min and the rest of the dishes wait for another 30 min or longer and we are not aware that is gonna take that long otherwise we would go somewhere else, me and my wife after the entree still starving , wait until I finally way too hungry go to the front counter asking how long dose it gonna take still cause we were about to cancel the order and leave (one hour waiting) ,waitress apologies said they are very busy today and sorry ,I can totally understand busy but come on ,I saw another table of customers came after us , ordered after us and already got their meal and already finished half,I just want to know where is the food we ordered and how long we have to waiting still, unluckily for the server I talk to as they sent the dishes to the back already,I genuinely apologise to the counter lady , Talk about dishes We ordered pork skewer, curry paste stir fried ,green curry ,pineapple fried rice ,rad naa, ,I personally recommend pork skewer and green curry we loved it ,pineapple fried rice is yummy but for the price on the menu I would like to see an actual pineapple bowl with full of fried rice just like "menu displays" if with pineapple 25.8 is fair ,without it is ripped off. If the dishes cannot serve as like what menu display in Japan this is illegal and scam ,not sure about au but this give me expectations and disappointed, hope at least can explain to the customer before they order it Rad naa is a bit plain compared to other dishes so would recommend eat it first before you go something heavy and strong ,and the rad naa noodle almost all stick together so it doesn't taste like noodle is noodle lump. The ppl who cooked it should immediately report to the chef or owner instead of serving that to someone else. We had leave message on fb,but we only got the answer from owner said they chage the supplier of the noodles , the rest of issue i point out didn't got the answer we just need a simple and honest apologies The review I leave is genuine and honest base on my personal experience.
The only things I felt bad is the server cause I was hangry and the tone was a bit loud 🙃 this message for the server, :I genuinely apologise the way I talk, but I hope u know is not your problem "
From the review you reply my partner about last week visit ,I think there are something misunderstood .firstly we read the sign on the door,know we cannot dine in that day so I already accept it ,my wife's anger us towards me not the restaurant as I should book it earlier,and then we saw you guys serve other customers at the front, it make me confused so I "asked" the owner , not challenging the owner or other group ,and once owner told me verbally they are pre booked, so I trust him and he insisted to showed me the booking note which is show the evidence of booking (i genuinely appreciate to sort out my question), also want me to look at the back of the table which is no needed cause I trust them ,and my wife attitude was towards me not the restaurant, because i didn't book,and thats my problem to not book it in advance.so I told the owner she is angry is not mean towards them but is me (I'm done) So just here to clarify .
We don't want the things escalted to this far ,so I personally message the owner first and give the review about our experience on Friday night, Apparently we don't receive any apologies 🤷 we just got told by the owner the pad see ew noodle supplier have been change until I mentioned about it, and doesn't mention the rest of it,as a authentic Thai food restaurant, and a experienced thai chef ,before u put the noodle lump in the wok is hard to realise that noodle was not separated? and still serve to someone else something u might not even eat it( this might be owner decisi I missed the time when buy food from the food truck at bunning. Look at the pictures I took, you may somehow realize I've been to this shop many times (not to mention a few times I didnt take pic since I had the same dishes and sometimes i just didnt take pic). However, the latest time which was just yesterday I went there was the worst experience I've ever had. I booked a table at 6.15 but I was earlier and when i finished placing my order (I ordered 5 dishes) it was around 6.15 - 6.20. The entree came after 20 mins waiting (no problem) and then nothing was served after that. Not until my husband felt so hungry and got angry since people came after were first serve that they serve us the next 2 dishes at 7.13.
The pineapple fried rice wasnt served in the pinapple in the menu (that's okay but tbh, it was a bit expensive with the price) but we still accepted it. Rad Naa was so bland, tasted nothing except from a bunch of rice noodles stick together. Curry and mooping were still so yum and we loved it. After finishing our dinner, we got the sticky rice mango that we paid (we bought it when we came and just wanna left it in their fridge to keep it cold) and paid for our bill. They didnt provide us any coconut milk, which should be attached with the desert. I thought they might forgot. But the moment we got the dessert and paid, they asked if we needed a bag and we said we already had our bag I thought they charged us 50c for that since our bill was 108.5, we gave 110 and they gave us 1d change. It was not a big deal but I had been pissed off during the time we spent there.
I still loved the restaurant at that time so my husband texted them to talk about this issue. Nevertheless, instead of giving a simple apologise, they gave an excuse about the quality of noodles, blamed the supplier (which we dont really care) and then blocked my husband. We were not angry because they were busy but the way they treated us. SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED. I gave you 2 starts because in general your foods is not bad.
Instead of saying sorry and facing the problem, the owner kept making up everything bad about me. Last week I just came in and saw that their tables were fully book. I was not so happy since my husband didnt book ( I thought my husband already booked since he asked me to eat out) and we accepted to take away. My attitude was not toward the restaurant but to my husband because I was so hungry and looking forward to enjoying the food there. My husband and I didnt challenge any group and didnt ask to see there dairy booking schedule. The owner was the one asked my husband to go to the kitchen with him to have a look at it but my husband refused to do so. At the time we came and saw the tables were fully booked, there was a big group of people just came in and was served so my husband just asked. Everytime we had dinner their at least 100aud and this time we saw them kept serving taking away orders instead of us waiting for dinner for an hours. We are not suck and the owner is not stupid. I think he understood what happened but he chose to avoid the problem.

The service was friendly but appeared quite disorganised, the order that I placed online didn’t appear to have been noticed until I arrived to collect it meaning that instead of the quoted 15min wait the online order site quoted, it took more than 30 minutes. The curry puffs were fine… not amazing or excellent or good, fine. The sweet chilli sauce for the puffs was a generic commercial one. The coconut rice was the same as the curry puffs… fine. The massaman beef was poor. The beef was not braised in the sauce and was tough. For a menu item that claimed to be wagyu it didn’t taste like it. The sauce was thin and weirdly translucent and had a flavour that was more sweet than anything else.
