My parents invited me to visit this funky little place for brunch after they told me how much they loved it so I thought let’s check it out 😃 … I am so glad I did what a fantastic place to hang out with your nears and dears for lunch and drinks and coffees etc. It felt really warm and welcoming and the place was absolutely packed with smiling faces and happy chatter throughout. I was amazed at the decor and atmosphere in general 6 stars on first impressions 🤩.. the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and made it feel to easy to find the right place to sit we found this awesome little ‘Haacky’s Shack’ just out the back after a quick walk through then bam the table was cleared cleaned and set. Nothing was too much trouble, water delivered straight to us with menus and shortly afterwards the coffees and drinks arrived I was really surprised how fast the meals came out also considering how busy it was in there. Staff was awesome shout out to Jacob for his friendly smile and service (that prawn shirt rocked dude 🤙🏽) .. will definitely be back so much to choose from check out the menus in the photos I’ve added to this post.. thanks Opdies I’m a fan too now 😎🥰 See you next time !!

Finding good vegan food is often difficult but Oodies was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. We had the Oodies Breakfast and they swapped out the eggs for something else (I can't remember what as we were totally blown away when the meals were served) and served the toast with Nuttelex. There were three vegan options after swaps and the owner did invite us to order whatever we liked and they would make it for us. You can't get better than that and The. Meal. Was. DELICIOUS!!!!! The staff were very friendly and there was a little bit of a wait to get a seat (they were packed) and a little bit of a wait for our food as two huge tables ordered just before us. But the Chais and water held us over and the owner did come and apologise for the delay. Despite the kitchen being flat out the quality and presentation was fantastic and well worth the wait. We will definitely be back.

A Mixed Experience Decor and Ambiance: The decor at Oodies Cafe is undeniably intriguing. The collection of spoons adorning the walls adds a quirky touch to the space. It’s a place where cutlery becomes art, and patrons can appreciate the creativity while sipping their coffee. Unfortunately, the culinary experience doesn’t match the visual appeal. The food falls short of expectations. The portions are rather on the small side and the waiting time is too long. The Double Cheeseburger was a letdown—dry and lacking juiciness. Even the chips, which should be crispy, were disappointingly soft. On a brighter note, the coffee at Oodies Cafe manages to redeem the situation. It hits the spot. However, my enthusiasm wanes when I consider the aftermath. Both my wife and I experienced an urgent need to visit the restroom just 20 minutes after our meal. The unfortunate result? Diarrhea. Lastly, the waitress didn’t seem thrilled about her job. Her lack of enthusiasm was palpable, and it affected the overall dining experience. In summary, Oodies Cafe offers an interesting ambiance but falters in terms of food quality and service. Proceed with caution, especially if you have sensitive stomachs.

Less Nice Cafe than before but with interesting decoration. However, the open melt tasted a bit too salty and really did not excite the tastebuds. Coffee was good though and hot. A busy place (saturday) and really good one to have a breakfast or lunch in Bundaberg. Maybe the menu should have more variety besides the standards. 2021 visit: New visit, new place. Losing 1 star. Messed reservation, and although we were a company of four they brought only 2 glasses for water. They did not have all dishes available and the alternatives were rather on the "canned beans" direction. Then they served one person while the rest of us had to wait quite long time for their dishes. Very bad coordination. Relying on public relations mighy bring the customers you like but it does not make a good Cafe. Btw. Coffee was pretty average. Less happy than before. I hope by my next visit I can find a better service.

An absolute hidden gem! Eggs bennys are amazing. Perfectly poached eggs, bacon done to a turn and everything in proportion. And the coffee is awesome. The latte art is insane. I almost didn't want to drink it because i didn't want to spoil it. There is a lot of seating space here. Even though it was packed on a Saturday morning, there were still plenty of seats available. Staff are cheery, friendly, and polite, and the decor is pretty interesting. I would have given 5 stars, but this place has only one loo, and there's always a line. If you can get this sorted out, i would love to come back and give you another star!

What a vibe! From the moment you walk past Oodies, you can tell it's going to be good. The staff went out of their way to greet us as we walked in, and there wasn't a moment of that awkward - Do I just sit down or do I need to wait to be seated. The food was quick, delicious and very well priced. I had the bacon and eggs and didn't need lunch. My partner had a mug of coffee and they really mean a mug. It was great and he really enjoyed it. It does seem to get busy on a weekend, so if possible I would recommend booking. We didn't and the staff were really flexible about getting us a table. Cannot wait to go back
