Bella M Pizzas — Restaurant in Queensland

Bought pizzas for origin. Purchased the $55 family deal meatlovers Hawaiian and the garlic cheesy pizza. Got home to some hungry kids and family to kick back and have a yum dinner. First thing pulled out the biggest red/purple hair of the garlic pizza... then thought nah it will be OK. Pulled out a piece of meatlovers and big long hair from the middle between topping and base......

rung the store and happy to remake them had to go back down to get them really inconvenient not even any compensation. Or something as we had to drive back....however replacement pizzas are now incredibly oily and the meatlovers tastes like its been around fish of some kind.... unsure why. Anyway other two pizzas will be eaten and that thrown out... most likely our last time having Bella Ms.... back to domino's and pizza hutt I guess

Major suggestion though when picking up the remakes did notice not one person wearing a hat or hair net! Maybe just in food service look at hats an hairnets as...

So disappointed. We ordered a pasta dish and a pizza, we wanted a garlic bread too but this Italian food outlet didn't have any even though it is on the menu,. The pizza was good ,hot and fresh but the pasta was terrible advertised as having prawns shallots. In a CREAMY, Napoli sauce. Unfortunately the dish was watery and the sauce did not hold together very well, with only a few prawns in the dish, it was not seasoned so therefore it was very bland. A big disappointment. And if things didn't go from bad to worse when we requested cutlery we were informed that they did not supply it even though this was a takeaway wet dish that was very hot. Now as someone travelling we did not expect to have to find a shop where we had to purchase our cutlery as well to eat our very unsatisfactory meal. So anyone thinking of eating from this Italian eatery should really...

The pizza itself was delicious. A couple of problems though: There was a hair in the cheese. One of the staff stated it was mushroom actually. I didn't really mind. Since the pizza was quite good. Unfortunately, there was a hair in the dough as well. I had only eaten half a slice at this point. The staff mulled over this but in the meantime I said that I was sorry that I didn't feel comfortable eating there and asked for a refund. I also asked if it was policy to wear hair nets, and to which a staff member said no, but just to tie long hair back. Otherwise, it was actually quite dirty. I'd forgive the dirty walls but it doesn't take much to broom and mop.

To conclude: delicious pizza. There might be hair though. So decide...
