The Management here at Burnie is absolutely Pathetic and Unprofessional on every level. When there has been a issue with missing food, orders, work related issues and so on the disgusting attitudes and filthy looks speaks volumes about how rude and out of touch these Managers truly are. Waiting 22 minutes for food and then having several items missing is a joke and then going in to get the items made and waiting an extra 10 minutes is RIDICULOUS! Listening to these superiors in charge talk down and abruptly to the young ones is so discouraging and I understand why they have a massive turn over when it comes to employees because why would anyone want to work in an environment that is run by bullies, hostile, depressing and not functioning to its greatest ability. Read moreI ordered Large grilled chicken with bacon & cheese around $26 & i didn't get what I ordered. Basically the biggest burger had a single flat piece of chicken with 2 toasted buns with a little lettuce/small piece of bacon & cheese. & that was it. Went in & complained there was nothing on it but lettuce bacon & cheese. Look at the pix on that meal & it's clearly nothing like what I got anyway. But staff said it's got bacon & cheese on it. My point was clearly the chicken was not the grilled chicken & adheres my tomato & onion & everything that goes with that meal. I got 2 burger both had almost nothing on them/ small chips/ 3 nuggets & a coke. Clearly this wasn't what I ordered & i paid $26 for it. As I walked away from the counter I said loud enough that I will be going to KFC from now on cos there burgers are better...
Read moreTheir customer service is pretty good however they need to take more care when making up the on line orders . When they offer customised burger eg when you ask for NO pickles No onions, means you don't want them on you burger full stop , . And NO salt on the chips means No salt . The Managers need more training when it comes to knowing how to fix a problem eg. How the online app works or why it doesn't work . And maybe offer some sort of deal when the app is down week after week rather than tell the customer they can still order the same things ,they just won't be at a reduced rate ..
Their food is hit and miss, sometimes it's hot other times it's cold or the nuggets taste like they have been sitting there forever
