My wife and I are big pizza eaters (probably have pizza once a week). I myself can easily eat an Extra Large pizza from Domino's. I've eaten 3 slices of a Family Herbs Pizza (which is a quarter of it) plus 1x Herb Scroll and I'm done. If I eat another slice I'll go into a food coma. While walking to the car carrying 2x Family Pizza, 2x Garlic Breads and a pack of 6 scrolls, I thought jeez these things are heavy, I hope that's a good sign. After getting them home, I opened them up and man they look delicious, they look like what I'd discribe as a pizza pie. The toppings are so thick, and you can taste everything ingredient that's on there. I got a Reef & Beef and it didn't disappoint. A lot of times I steer away from seafood on pizza because it usually tastes like ocean. Herbs Pizza did not disappoint though, the meat was soft and juicy, and the garlic prawns actually tasted like garlic, plus they were soft and tender. Unfortunately I ordered on app and omitted pineapple (partner severely allergic).
Received a pizza with pineapple. Staff explained that no mods. Were made to order when in fact I had made modifications. I understand it may have been a glitch but there was minimal apology, no replacement or anything. I would've gladly returned said pizza for one minus pineapple - due to allergy unable to just pick off.
Was told nothing could be done due to it being an online order - it is through the herbs app! Your own app...if there is a glitch there, not really the consumers fault.
Nil accountability.
It is a shame as the other pizza was hot and tasty but service and attitude has turned me straight off as a first time customer.

Rang twice to see if our pizzas were even coming as the stores hours had finished and the manager was just outright rude. Pizzas had clearly been sitting on the oven for the hour as they were lukewarm at best and toppings were terrible. Managers excuse was we only have 1 driver on and she’s not the owner.
