FALSE ADVERTISING and poor customer service!!! They had signs up that if you buy 3 large drinks, you get a free Christmas mug so obviously we were more enticed to buy 3 large drinks (convinced my brother to get one). Only after paying for the drinks did they say that we couldn’t get the mug because they had run out.
So I asked them if they could write it on our receipt and we could come back and get the mug once they’re back in stock as we really wanted the mug for my daughter. The girl said no, but I stood my ground and said you should’ve written OUT OF STOCK on the signs or taken them down otherwise it’s considered false advertising. So she called her boss and to my surprise, her boss even said no. She took the signs down before I could take a photo of them but I managed to get a photo of it still advertised on their POS system screen.
Honestly, for a mug that probably costs $2 you’ve lost a loyal and returning customer. I will definitely be spreading the word to all my colleagues because we all work nearby and come here/order from UberEats all the time! Extremely disappointed and will not be...

The new staffs and trainees should pay closer attention to learn/attention to details more. Also to learn problem solving or notifying the management for any customer issues on the spot. Dont leave it hanging , you may not get the blame, but your shop owner is. Put yourself in the owner's point of view. )...
