Hanky Panky Lounge — Restaurant in Darwin City

Hanky Panky has to be one of Darwin leading bars, from the decor to the service. If you are looking for somewhere different that service high end cocktails and spirits well this is your go to.

The bartender's never let you down, I am not going to lie but everyone has a have and ours is Jay but in saying that the rest of the team are great but we have built a repore with Jay and he never fails us with a good old gin sour.

Also we go to the cocktail making classes and we absolutely love them, we have made some great cocktail buddies through these classes. So if you are looking for something to do once a month I highly suggest checking out these classes.

Oh but let not forget the toasties, they always hit the spot and for some reason just taste amazing.

Love the setup and decor of this bar,colour scheme, layout and size! An extensive cocktail menu as it should as a cocktail bar and the bartenders are knowledgeable. However, it would help if they were a bit more engaging with the customers. The cocktails are a bit on the top end price but tasty and not diluted, so value for money.

Due to the layout and cozyness of the bar, there's no noise filter/escape so it can get really noisy when everyone is talking. Unfortunately, when that happens they seem to turn the music up which has the patrons competing to be heard.

I agree it is one of the best place for cocktails in Darwin but I had a truly disappointing experience at this place.The customer service was shockingly poor. When we attempted to use a valid voucher code for a discount, a staff member openly ridiculed us in front of the entire establishment. That one staff’s behaviour was not only unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful. Laughing at customers who are simply trying to avail a valid offer is completely uncalled for. It's a shame that such behavior tarnished what could have been an enjoyable evening. This was the first time we witnessed this kind of unprofessionalism...
