Came for morning coffee and breakfast. Location is central, easy to find and access. Venue is neat, comfortable and open. Service was friendly. Coffee (mug cappuccino) was good, though a little less warm, though I could've asked for it to be hot (I prefer a hot coffee). Coffee art though was spectacular, if that is what your in to, which I am not so much. But it was pretty good. (I believe Duke's cafe was running an coffee artwork comp. So far this art was leading. IMO.) I also ordered the Yoghurt Parfait. I usually go for a more savoury breakfast, but felt like yoghurt. Unfortunately this option was greatly sweet. Fruit was nice, but soooo much jam and they use sweet yoghurt (as opposed to the preferred Greek yoghurt). I didn't really eat much at all. If you're a sweet tooth - go ahead. Price is standard. Comparing Duke's cafe (@Pandanas Hotel) and Rabbithole, I prefer Duke's. But they are comparable.

I am so grateful for the person who recommended I come here. I came here recently whilst up in Darwin, the food was divine!! 😍 Located in the 'mall', we came in with a table ready to go (walk in) and we were seated straight away, the cafe is very chill and the workers are super nice, the wait time is just the right amount and so is the price! The only problem I have to pick out is that there seemed to have been no gluten free bread available when I ordered. The menu does have items with gf options, however, luck just wasn't timed well. I ordered the mizuna salad with the green juice. All in all, a great place with aesthetically pleasing dishes (worth a shot for your Instagram stories).

2nd visit here (4th July). It had been ok enough on the first visit (quite early on a Sunday morning) but today's was not good. The food arrived cold and minus one person's order, so we waited even longer until theirs arrived as manners dictate and the food sure didn't get any warmer. It was really cold and not nice by that time. We had waited approximately 35 to 45 mins for the first food to make the table. Admittedly they are busy this morning but that might just mean more hands in the kitchen needed for the busiest part of the day. Disorganized service. Probably won't be a third visit.

Quite a small coffee shop. Friendly staff coffee is reasonably priced menu is fairly good and fairly interisting sticky black rice sounds awesome unfortunately we weren't here for food. Coffee was quite good as were the baby chinos my boys tell me. My wife also said the berry smoothie was very good. The most outstanding thing about the coffee shop was the service they were so friendly happy and helpful. The atmosphere was perhaps a little dark but I think it would be great in the late afternoon or evening just a little bit dark for the morning.

Ordered a Rueben sandwich in which the Sourdough bread was too soft as it was not toasted. The presentation looked very sad. The menu said “sous vide sliverside beef ?! “ however, it was just from a ready cut packet and thin like hell! ( i know that as I work in kitchen.) I couldn’t even taste the beef except the cabbage . It cost me $21 plus public holiday surcharge ! Completely overpriced ! Honestly, the food is average in general especially after they extended the size of business. Don’t think I want to go back .

We went in around 8.30am on a Saturday, and there were still many tables available. However the tables fills up quickly after 9am. Good selection of dishes on the menu. You order at the counter. Food service was slighty slow. We tried the smoked salmon and the miso benedict. The dishes were a good portion size and tasty. The matcha was milky and too sweet, matcha wasn't strong enough..would not recommend the drink. We were visiting from Melbourne and were happy with our breakfast overall, would recommend!
