If you haven’t had the chilli mud crab at Red Dragon Darwin, have you even lived? Honestly, I should’ve brought a bib, a snorkel, and a pressure washer because this glorious beast wasn’t just a meal – it was a full-body experience.

The sauce? Spicy, rich, finger-licking brilliance. The crab? Fresh, meaty, and so tender I considered proposing. By the end, I looked like I’d lost a fight with a seafood volcano – and I regret nothing. 10/10 would need a shower again.

Congratulations to the chef – you’ve officially ruined all other crabs...

Worst Pad Thai I have ever experienced. Super stodgy noodles, and the only flavour came from the lemon wedges on the side. To be fair, prawns were moderately generous, but flavour and texture were terrible. Had to fight off the seagulls from what I left on the plate because I didn't want to poison them.

I've been here twice now. Both times the food has been terrible. Incredibly tasteless and bland. The black bean sauce had the consistency of dishwater but less taste. The most recent time, the drinks we got where out of date by a long way. Makes you wonder about the ingredients of the food. The lady that serves is also quite rude. The best part of eating here will be if I get food poisoning and...
