Incredible India — Restaurant in Northern Territory

Order tasting menu food which was $23.90 got charged $24.11. Waiting time was 30 plus minutes. Food was average. Expensive pricing as per the food and service.

I order chicken dish but they gave me lamb curry instead of chicken. Luckily my partner did not take first bite because she never tried lamb before and she is allergic to lamb.

Took the food back to the lady (boss lady) and told her this is not chicken and her reaction was normal as if nothing happened or it happens all the time there 🤔 She just took the food away and gave me Chicken curry and no sorry for the mistake😡

Very bad customer service and will be never coming back and don’t recommend...

I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is definitely not managed by Indians, they would be from Nepal or fiji or some other country trying to pass of their food as indian food. The quality of food was anything but nice. I felt I was having sugared curry and even he garlic naan was sugared. They better off selling their food as dessert with the amount of sugar content in everything. If someone wants diabetes served on a platter go here. If someone is diabetic don't go here unless you have a death wish. I recon don't go here period. Go elsewhere, lots of good choices around. Highly recommend the Mexican...

I ordered the tandoori chicken.

I believe I was the first order of the day at just after the 5:00 opening time.

They clearly save the previous days unsold chicken so they can clear it with the first bunny's on the following day (me). It was dry and horrible. Even if it had been fresh the flavour was totally lacking.

I dont believe they cook their tanddori chicken in a tandoor oven at all and just use a marinade.

I was very dissapointed and told them so... their only respose was.. "not OK? ".

They knew exactly what the issue was...
