Domino's Pizza Devonport — Restaurant in Devonport

I ordered a pizza at 5 pm for 6pm delivery as I’m home sick & couldn’t pick it up. Called domino’s at 7pm asking about my order. I was told by a staff member that my order was being made but they were short on drivers therefore it would be another 40 minutes. I said ok. I called 1/15 hours later following up my pizza . Was told the order had just come through as I ordered through menulog. I said the girl I spoke to previously said they had my order. I was told that wasn’t the case. I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes. 9.20 I called again & said the app is telling me you’ve delivered my pizza but I hadn’t received it. Apparently the delivery driver delivered my pizza to the wrong address & was told by the people where it was Delivered that it wasn’t their pizza. The driver called domino’s & was told by the staff member who answered the phone to give these people my order. I was told they’d make my order again but it would take another 40 minutes minimum. Nobody wanted to give me a refund. It’s taken until 9.49 for someone to agree to give me a refund. The staff at domino’s are obviously not being trained by their manager . I asked for the manager but he clearly didn’t want to deal with it. I never usually order pizza & definitely won’t again. Why couldn’t they just...

The most disgusting pizza's we have ever had,went to the store and ordered pizza's,got home 10 minutes away,now we ordered thin and crispy base knowing full well that they may be a little dryer than say classic crust but when opening box they there was little to no tipping and the base was literally like eating cardboard,could not even eat them, ran store for to complain,told that we needed to bring them back tonight for refund,said that we lived at least 10 -15 minutes away,doesn't matter said shift manager don't get her tonight no refund, angry and p----d of headed back to store,manager wouldn't look at us in the eye,gave refund in cash even though we did transaction on card, ask the manager what he thought of the said pizza's (he didn't even look at them),my wife prodded him further by saying you really need to look at them and are you worried about how they are, he answered, he answered "a little", asked if we could get the actual manager to call us, wrote down our phone number and have never heard from him, they were tasteless, like cardboard and absolutely lacking any topping,never thought the manger would have the balls to ring us and there so called Dom Checker is a waste of time, only gave 1 star because couldn't...

Got a Dominos promo in my mail box so me and the mrs got rowdy for pizza. I picked up a butter chicken pizza at about 9PM (which is already worthy of a high rating being open and serving pizzas at that time on a weeknight) . I wouldn't usually get a curry flavoured pizza but my mrs wanted it so, happy wife happy life right? I didn't get a photo of it because we ate it in the dark outside the store, too hungry to make it home. It tasted kind of like pataks curry sauce on a pizza, it was spicy as and decent. $10 for a large pizza with chicken and Veg. Anyone stupid enough to complain about the food should order elsewhere. Dominoes is never amazing, it's average but it's got the signature Dominoes taste and I don't care. It's cheap, they're open late at night and considering the staff are probably paid peanuts for busting their ar$es in a tiny store, you all should be thankful that this little shop even exists for you entitled and ungrateful peasants. 5/5.
