Zambrero Devonport — Restaurant in Devonport

I have two negative experiences during last two weeks as I am a regular customer. This occurred in the evening almost two weeks ago the person who served me put a tea spoon of lattice for the classic burrito & that was unacceptable compared to what I have normally been served so I asked her for more but replied that I have to pay extra & that’s what the boss told her. Anyway yesterday evening around 6 pm same person she served me with a none freshly heated rap which I realized when I got home which I tasted like eating frozen rap & the best part is she told me that there were two types of cooked beef & one sitting back area which I can’t see so I think she tried to put some leftover beef which already cleared from the sales area. Anyway I stick to sales area beef but I couldn’t notice that the rap is fresh or not.

I felt that I was being lied and served low quality food two times by the same person but I really appreciate other staff who try their best.

Finally can someone please take this matter seriously and deliver this...

nothing about this experience was pleasant what so ever went to there tonight had to wait 10 minutes to get served then got a bad tone and additude from the lady talking the the speaker. then i had placed my order for my partner, when the brought the food out to the window the worker was being very rude. after she had handed me my food and just slammed the door in my face before i could even say thankyou. and to add to the top of it they had put some thing very spicy in the food and had to throw it away as it was unable to eat. it was it was burning her mouth. would not rate this place what so ever as the customer service was appalling and...

Although my favourite takeaway has always been Zambreros. I’m so disappointed about this Devonport Store. Everything from the front windows and entrance doors are dirty, I walk in and there is a lady trying to clean the top glass counter top, then states she’s done. Meanwhile, all the tables and benches where you sit are filthy. I’m served by someone who doesn’t know her serving size and I get the signature bowl 3/4 full. Every where I looked was dirty hand prints or a lazy dirty cloth wipe leaving dirty water stains. I’m so sad. Please some fix...
