For years my family, my mates and even myself regarded herbs pizza as most likely the best in Devonport.

Tonight’s pizza I received was as rubbish. The crust was nothing like its usual texture and tasting. It was quite upsetting. It wasn’t made to the reputation that herbs has built over the years. It was a bbq meatlovers. The toppings just didn't taste right, it had hardly any sauce on it at all and the presentstion was terrible.

Now i'll eat there again and hope i don't get a similar made pizza. i don't usually do this but it was nothing close to how herbs would want their pizzas seen or eaten.

We were told our one pizza would be 15 minutes and we were there to pickup on time - staff said the pizza was in the oven however we waited in store for 45 minutes. When we raised our issue, staff were in the kitchen complaining about us as customers and wanting to go home and left us in the store front with the issue unresolved after telling us they had called out the order however this did not occur as we were in store the entire time, could here staff in the kitchen and saw other customers giving and receiving their order before us.
