Goodberry's — Restaurant in District of Belconnen

Goodberry's Belconnen always seem busy and Friday nights are no exception with an endless stream of customers lining up to order.

At times all the tables were full and people were standing around with their sundaes and concretes but most people moved through pretty quickly so eventually you can grab some seats.

We ordered the nutty professor from the list of speciality concrete flavours as there were too many options to choose from and it was really good. We ordered it in vanilla frozen custard and it had oreos and chocolate fudge. There are so many options and flavour combos but another of my go-to flavours is vanilla with lychee and pineapple when I am in the mood for something not as rich 😋

Usually they are ok, but seems to be far from what it used to be. Came in today ordered a large Chocolate custard hokey pokie - received small vanilla, Ordered large salted caramel thickshake- received small caramel milk shake. Would go back except the amount of people waiting in line, not impressed. Staff don't seem to pay attention to the tickets nor actually talk to each other. Watching toxicity from the younger staff to each other (excluding the older manager) and also directed towards the manager. $25 for a stuffed up order.

This place ain't what it used to be, haven't been to the other franchises, hopefully they are better. Maccas does a better drink and Sundea for half the cost. Hell, any other place would be recommended than this place.

Disappointing.! No adhering to Covid distancing. Bins over flowing onto floor. Tables filthy. Counter screens splattered with filth. Waited 25 mins for our order. Young dark haired girl with glasses shouldn't be working there. She was throwing around the toppings to bad if you had a nut allergy. Then throwing the metal cup extenders against the screens splattering then with custard. When we received our frozen custard it was melted. Observing the staff while waiting. The young fella with the curly hair deserves a pay increase, he was the only team member that was taking care in making the desserts. Well...
