Burger Craft — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

Beautiful looking burger, presentation of the craft burger was sensational and the taste was just as good. Added bacon of course.

My only issue was the beef may have been just over cooked meaning the patty was a touch dry. In saying that, the rest of the burger worked really well and seeing as I'm a sauce head I used my side of craft special sauce to help with the dry patty. Have eaten this same burger 4 times now and is consistently good.

Onion rings are on point and the special sauce is good enough that you wish they sold it in a large bottle to take home, it's amazing stuff.

The guys I work with both ordered the fried chicken burger and honestly again it was a beautiful looking burger that they couldn't speak highly...

We stayed at Kurrajong Hotel and have come here twice this week! We tried the craft burger, classic cheeseburger, southern chicken, classic and sweet potato fries. All were done well, we thought the craft was more balanced and better than the cheeseburger, having more vegetables in it, so it tasted more refreshing, although the beef patties in both burgers were high quality. The fried chicken burger was also great, not being too oily, as some can be. Tomato and lettuce were fresh in all burgers. Although I'm not a huge fan of sweet potato, the fries were as well done as they can be, and the classic potato fries were crispy and done well. It seems theres always room for another burger joint. Thing is, you've got to do it right - well, if you want to hang around.

To start with, these guys do burgers and beers. Thats always going to help.

We enjoyed our first sampling so much that we came back to check out some other burgers.

I've managed to sneak in a craft beef burger and a southern chicken. Both very tasty. Nice beefy tasting patty, and importantly, not over cooked. The chicken was also tasty with a nice crunchy coating.

We also tested out the sweet potato chips which were really yummt, but i reckon the chips were fsntadtic. Super crunchy. Check it out, but don't leave it too late - the line gets real...
