More than 50% of the times that I visit this store they don’t have pearls available, and it doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I come. I’m not sure how the management is failing this badly, but for a BOBA store to consistently be unable to provide BOBA is absolutely ridiculous. There have been countless time where I have ordered both online and in person only to be told after I have paid that the pearls are not available, and then when I ask for a refund because I don’t want the drink without pearls, they have extreme difficulty putting one through. This cannot just be the fault of the workers, there must be some kind of systemic issue with how this store manages the cooking of pearls. I work in hospitality as well, it shouldn’t be this much of a challenge to prepare the next batch of pearls BEFORE they run out....

I love Cha Time so it was great to get one in Kambri at the ANU. When they first opened, it was a shaky start, they got my order wrong twice but they have then since steadily improved. Staff are nice but I find the drinks aren't always consistent. Either way, their strawberry bubble tea is amazing! I think Cha Time doesn't do their tapioca pearls as well as other brands but they have such a great variety of drinks...
