I recently had another disappointing experience at this establishment. Despite checking the business hours, I arrived at 7:45 PM only to find it already closed, even though their stated closing time was 9 PM. This recurring issue is incredibly frustrating and shows a lack of attention to detail.

Moreover, during my previous visit, I ordered a bag of sweet potato fries and original chicken. I was given a bag of potatoes instead and the potato fries left much to be desired. They were incredibly dry, lacked any flavor, and were surprisingly tough. I have never encountered fries that tasted so unpleasant. However, I must commend them on their consistent quality when it comes to the chicken.

This is a very good restaurant, service attitude is good, the food is delicious, I the recommend all foods, chicken and chicken bites is very delicious, I often go to eat, taste is very unique, at first I just ordered original fried chicken, the staff is passionate and introduce which is good to choose , I find they recommended every taste delicious 😋, service attitude is very good .last time I cost 50 dolIars to order some of food, and they also gift me a chicken bite .The taste is very good, I suggest you can always change the tastes, Plum flavor is really delicious. I went to this shop sometimes, but I saw last time about 4months ago the worker dropped chicken before fry it but he just pick it up and put it into the oil, i did not say anything that time, but after few months ,yesterday- I went there again he dropped chicken(before fry it) on the floor(literally on the floor) and fry it again. So I said him " i saw you dropped the chicken on the floor, don't play with food" he said sorry and made new one but i guess he always drop the ingredients on the floor and just give them to the customer. SO DIRTY!!!! If I pretend not saying anything to him , He just would give the dropped fried chicken to me. SO DIRTY . I WILL NEVER GO...
