What The Pho ANU — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

The restaurant has a nice location which is in street food in ANU. The service was fast even though I ordered for takeaway. I called the BBQ chicken summer rolls and that was pretty fresh with nice choices of veggies. I also ordered the chicken sticky rice, and it somehow reminds me of my high school years when I used to eat Vietnamese street foods a lot. The texture is chewy and even more oily with fried eggs. However, the chicken is a little bit dry and needs to be more flavoured. The last one is grilled pork vermicelli and that was fantastic with generous portions of vegetables. Returning customer for their banh mi. The lemongrass pork banh mi is very fragrant whereas the cheesy beef banh mi is good for days with low energy. Pretty balanced meal that's not too heavy either. Be warned, if you add fresh chilli into your sandwich, get ready for the heat
