Booked in July for a November sitting and it was worth the wait. The food was delicious, cocktails were well made, and the service was very attentive. The venue is a simulated work environment for the hospitality and culinary students, who are doing amazing work, but it is just a Canberra Institute of Technology building, so it's a pretty uninspiring space atmosphere wise. Three course meal for $35 and cocktails for $10, it really is excellent value. For the big eaters, you may leave hungry because it is quality over quantity- which isn't a problem, just a consideration which won't be an issue for most. Definitely a restaurant locals have to try at least once.

Beautiful food that was very well prepared. The only negative was the food came out too quickly. The wait staff was were well-presented and were interested in your views about food and your favourite dishes. The sweet words one of the absolute highlights of the menu. This is a great training venue with beautiful food. I'm looking forward to coming back at another time to enjoy the magnificent food.

Excellent, top-quality food that you'd expect from an expensive restaurant, but at rock bottom prices. All the staff, whether they're waiting staff, bar staff, cooking staff, or cleaning staff, are students in training, and all of them did an excellent job. It should be noted that we went during term 4, so no doubt they'd have had quite a bit of experience by then, but the menu changes each term.

We have been once each term this year (menu changes each term) and it just keeps getting better. The food is delicious.... well thought out, presentation is great and the service fantastic. All the students we have engaged with have been very professional and friendly. Where else can you go and have a classy 3 course meal, enjoy a couple of beverages each and all for around a $100. I look forward to my next dining...
