Got the Pizza Bagel and Tom Yum Prawn Bagel for takeaway and the Rose Iced Coffee.

Both bagels were great, but the Tom Yum Prawn bagel was amazing. Definitely hit the tom yum fusion in my opinion, with decently sized prawns. Bagel options on menu are slightly pricey, but I would come back to eat that tom yum prawn bagel many times over. Pizza bagel is what you would imagine a pizza bagel to be, cant go wrong and Fav cup hit it fine (very tasty).

Rose iced coffee is good for pictures (mine had to survive a hot car trip so doesnt look good in my photo). Tastes like overpriced instagrammable coffee and is exactly that (would not recommend it)

Overall, food for takeaway for a sunday brunch was great, albeit slightly pricey. Given the lack of great bagels around town, Fav Cup Coffee hits the...

I had a near similar experience as Sarah Manning. Great people, great service but disappointing product'. I have eaten a lot of bagels in the past 20yrs in Canada and missing eating a simple but delicious 'double toasted everything bagel with butter & light cream cheese' from Tim Hortons. So I was super excited we were visiting the ACT from Sydney where I'm now based to go have a few bagels. Sadly my excitement turned into a bad experience. My bagel was cold(ordered toasted), it was waaaay too dense and the bagel itself was tasteless. To Sarah's point, if you have mostly bagels on your menu and it's not what a bagel is supposed to be - it's a sin! I sincerely hope they will take my feedback positively and do something about...

Visited Fav Cup Café recently and it was genuinely a great find. I tried their beef roast burger and the Thai milk tea toast, and both were excellent. The beef roast with brioche was flavourful with really tender meat, and the Thai milk tea toast was one of those things you don’t expect to like as much as you actually will – warm, sweet, and just really well done. Their coffees were also spot on, no complaints at all on that front.

Only thing to note is that parking can be a bit tricky at the moment because of the ongoing construction in the area. But honestly, the food and coffee are good enough that it’s worth the extra couple of minutes to find a spot.

Definitely recommend giving this...

As a former NYer who misses bagels, I really wanted to like this place - perhaps that is why I am so disappointed. There was so little cream cheese on my barely-warm (asked for toasted) bagel that after two bites I pulled it apart to see where the cream cheese was (if any). There wasn't much. I understand they mostly do bagel sandwiches with lots of toppings, so perhaps that's why they skimped on the cream cheese- perhaps they usually do only the lightest of coatings as the base for other ingredients. But I ordered a bagel with only cream cheese, and didn't expect to be snacking on a mostly-dry bagel. If you are going to have a bagel-dedicated menu, you need to learn how to do a decent schmear.

Cute little cafe with a big big personality. That is how we would describe @favcupcafe. Serving probably the biggest selection of bagels in Canberra, you’d wanna check this place out yourself 🥯🥯🥯🥯. Along with bagels, they do a number of other breakfast and brunch options so if bagels aren’t your thing they’ve got you covered. We tried: 🥯 bacon and egg bagel 🥯 Moo bagel 🥗 Thai beef salad ☕️ Milk Coffees 🍞 Biscoff toast They currently have the thick bread, Shokupan toast series done in some beautiful flavours that is not to be missed. We ordered the Biscoff just because … it’s so good 😛 Great coffees and wonderful staff. Open seven days a week, definitely worth checking out.
