Not gonna lie, this was by far my worst Hunger Jack's service and food experience! If I was to compare Queanbeyan to Fyshwick it's chalk and cheese! I used the online app for a large order which included 7 burgers (The new Carolina style burgers, I had sampled these burgers from Queanbeyan HJs early in the week, which as usual the service is fantastic as were the burgers). No worries to have to wait for the order, but when the order came I counted the burgers and advised the worker that not all the burgers were there and I was a crispy chicken burger short, said that the order was correct so I showed her the order in the app and she still insisted that the order was correct and took the whole order back in side again. She hlthen came back out and said that the order was correct! Getting frustrated I pulled all the burgers out of the bag and counting as I go so she could see that there was only 6 of the 7 burgers I ordered. Again she said this was correct! Getting very steamie at this stage I asked her to get the manager! She steamed of in a huff and then reappeared with the missing burger! This all took all of 10mins to resolve a simple issue! By the time I got the food back to my work everyone's food was cold! And everyone committed that there was not enough of the new sauce on each burger and it was underwhelming for the price. So glad I never have to visit the store in Fyshwick again!!...

I had an awful experience at the Fyshwick Hungry Jack’s today. I placed an order at 1:57 PM through the kiosk, but after waiting over 15 minutes, I noticed customers who ordered after me were served and had already left. When I approached the counter to ask about my food, the Manager claimed she never received my order. Mistakes happen, but what shocked me was the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
She didn’t even apologize. Instead, she walked away, laughed at me, and spoke to staff in another language, which felt disrespectful. I requested a refund for the delay and poor service, but she refused to process it immediately, instead offering free food, which I didn’t want. I paid for my food and expected to be treated respectfully, not to beg for decent service.
When I called the store later to address the issue, the Manager answered, abruptly gave me her name, and hung up without explanation.
This kind of behavior from a Manager is unacceptable. She displayed zero professionalism, poor leadership, and a complete disregard for customer service. I’ve always liked Hungry Jack’s, but this experience has made me reconsider ever coming back.

After taking $45 from my bank account for my order using the mobile app, the staff said that nothing came through their system so they couldn't serve us. The manager, Havir, was extremely rude the entire time and when we asked for a customer service number he walked away for 10 minutes and came back with a crumpled piece of paper that was clearly an internal document. Unfortunately the customer service phone number I was provided is not open on the weekend, and when my partner went back into the restaurant to follow up, he was called a nuisance. This restaurant has also double charged us (without a refund) in the past and has been rude when they have made mistakes with our order.
