I recently visited Roll'd Canberra Outlet Center and was disappointed with the service I received. The shop was busy, which I completely understand, but one of the staff members interacted with me in a way that felt unnecessarily rude.
When I initially approached to place my order, I wasn’t ready, and the staff member appeared visibly upset and even commented to her colleague, which made me uncomfortable. Later, when I decided on my order and asked about the available options, her responses were curt and dismissive. This kind of interaction doesn’t make for a welcoming experience.
I believe good customer service is about treating everyone with respect, even during busy times. I hope the management can address this issue and provide better training or support for their team. A friendly and professional attitude goes a long way in making customers feel valued.
And also the pork banh mi that i ordered barely had...
Read moreVisited the Canberra outlet franchise as I’m from interstate visiting for work. I took my team member out for lunch and we decided to get lunch here. I got the rare beef pho and once they handed it to me, there was no option of red sauce or oyster sauce which gives pho flavour. They said they were sold out and put the tiniest bit of red sauce and I asked for more and the chef ended up coming up very aggressive asking what the problem was. I said I would like morrrrre red sauce so he again aggressively puts more in which is still not enough and I asked for oyster sauce and he said cause he squirted more red sauce, I have to pay for oyster sauce which was fine. Paid 50 cents for barely anything!!!!!! It was just like eating plain broth. Terrible service and everyone knows RED sauce and Osyter sauce make it tasty!!! Will never go...
Read moreI recently visited Roll’d at Canberra Outlet Centre and tried their Chicken and Pork Bánh Mì. Unfortunately, both were a bit dry and lacked the authentic Vietnamese touch I was expecting. The flavors weren’t quite there, and the presentation didn’t resemble a traditional Bánh Mì.
On a positive note, the sweet potato fries were delicious—crispy and well-seasoned. They were definitely the highlight of the meal.
However, the overall experience was dampened by the staff, who seemed disengaged and not particularly welcoming. After placing my order, the atmosphere felt indifferent, as if they weren’t too keen on being there. A little enthusiasm and friendliness would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
Overall, the food was a mixed bag, with the fries standing out, but the Bánh Mì and service leaving room for...
