Kind attention of chaitime management and franchisee owner of chaitime gungahlin. Unacceptable customer experience. Rating is negative. We ordered only 1 drink and waited for 15 minutes before asking about our order status. Trinh at the counter told us to basically shut up and wait as it had not been 15 minutes as claimed by us which was untrue, uncalled for and an unacceptable response I asked for a refund because of her behaviour and got charged a 2nd time I checked my credit card transactions and showed her the 2 charges A refund was done with two transaction slips given to us with the same transaction ID We mentioned that only one charge was refunded which was not agreed to by trinh and she showed the ugliest side of herself and we did not want to be there any more and asked for our other transaction refund. Ordered 2 taro milk teas. They were undrinkable. Tasted like lukewarm milk with powery texture, like I could see chunks of the taro powder. Unfortunately their cups aren't transparent so I couldn't figure it out until putting the straw through. Only had a sip and the other one was still sealed so decided to go back and ask for a refund. For some reason there was no manager on shift, so the person who served me had to call the manager. I was happy to wait because there were other customers waiting to order, but the call attempt was made 10 minutes later when I asked again. No answer, so apparently there was nothing she could do but remake the drinks but I didn't want the drinks remade from there.

While I was waiting I also noticed that the cups used for making drinks were just rinsed and left on the sink. Didn't think much of it until she grabbed one to make another drink. I won't be...

I’m reading all the reviews here and can see everyone had similar experience, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I went there on a quiet Monday afternoon, there was no one there to order, just one very annoyed customer waiting for her drink to be made. It was clear that she had been waiting for quite some time. Finally after her drink was made, i was going to place my order and the guy at the counter said, “give me a few minutes!” I couldn’t even order!! He started cleaning bottles etc. I waited for about 10 minutes and left without ordering. So glad I did because I’m sure the drink he would have made, wouldn’t be drinkable. I went to share tea next door, was greeted with smile, the tea was ready I’m 2 minutes and it tasted great!
