Could this be the crappest Domino's in the ACT? Poor service, cheap on the toppings.
I've given them 3 chances since moving to Moncrieff late last year, and it's the blind leading the blind over there.
1st attempt: Ordered 3 pizzas for pick up. Only 2 made. Their solution? leave the two already made on the 'hot shelf', and wait for the 3rd (the first two already 15min late on pick up). I said "don't worry about the 3rd, I'll just take the two". Duty Manager (also a late teen) looked at me like I was speaking another language with a dumb look on his face. No solutions, no "sorry about the stuff up, 3rd one on the house". So I asked for a refund on the 3rd. Attitude plus. Terrific service.
Get pizzas home and hits keep on coming. Extra toppings order aren't on one pizza, and the other stock standard "Grand Supreme" has missing toppings. OMG.
2nd attempt: Called up for a delivery. Again, my street not coming up so I can't order online. I explain first thing that the street isn't coming up hence why the call. Young girl asks for my address, and very first thing out of her mouth?? I'm sorry, is that the right address- it's not coming up on the system? Are you for real? I'll just get manager to sort this out for you. 10min later, I hang up the phone sick of waiting.
3rd attempt: At this point, I've already written them off- no more Dominos Casey for me, not a single brain cell in the building. Same young lady calls me back about 10min after I hang up (20min since she said manager will be right with you). "Hi, this is Domino's Casey- can I take your order?" I'm slightly impressed... a call back! (shock horror, spoiler alert it doesn't last).
Take's my order and I'm thinking "finally, we are getting somewhere". Oh... I have an online voucher to use, and give her the number. This is the same girl that knows I can't order online btw. "I'm sorry, we don't accept online vouchers over the phone". Even after she already knows I can't order online because of THEIR system, not by choice. I again calmly remind her that I can't order online because their system isn't up to date, hence the phone call. Her response? Crickets. I say thanks very much for trying, and hang up the phone.
Now... I'm not expecting 5 star service. It's Dominos. But come on? A little commonsense, a little customer service? Speaking to the staff (Duty Manager down) is a painful experience. Woeful training.
Do yourself a favour. DO NOT USE CASEY DOMINOS. Gunners might be busier, but maybe try them. Or better yet, try a local takeaway. I did... bye bye Dominos. Such a new store, such a...

Read moreI ordered mac & cheese along with a few other things and was called and told about afew minutes after ordering, that there isn't any mac an cheese available and offered to replace it but I can't eat pizza right now so asked for it to be refunded, which they did agree but then figured be easier to just cancel the whole order and go elsewhere.
I was told that i can't cancel the order due to it being almost complete so i stuck with getting refunded for the mac & cheese. Just to wait 20 minutes AFTER the website said my order should have been delivered ans call them for them to say ir was cancelled. And said no to them remaking it and deliverying it and was told that the person on the phone needs to comfirm that i was getting refunded for the food and the delivery fee.....
