Read moreIt seems to be the same person causing trouble! Annoying staff members, constantly complaining, and swearing is just the start. The name Isn't known of this worker but the service I received was horrible! It was a young middle eastern girl with a hijab I'm assuming and she was working at the front counter when I came in. My order took ages to make even tho it was a just a zinger box and no explanation or apology was given for the time it took. This employee was constantly complaining and going to the back in the store leaving the food on the bench getting cold. When I talked to a friend about this they recalled a similar incident when they went through drive through with the same person being the one to cause the trouble on a Saturday around 3:40pm. I understand hiring teenagers is cheaper but there needs to be a stronger hiring team as it seems like they are letting anyone join. The constant swearing from this one employee was ridiculous and the complaining was out of hand. This event took place at around 6:30 to 7pm on Tuesday 3rd June. It seems to be the same person so I request Kfc Nicholls to actually handle this situation as it seems that this isn't the first occasion something like this has happened and my friend has experienced this too with the same person talking badly about a co-worker in earshot of the customers. Read moreGeneral KFC with dual drive through boxes, staff members on the drive through need more training and how to understand the menu when getting orders, as multiple items ordered were incorrect upon receiving. Not the first time and seems to be an ongoing failure in their process.
Staff on drive through will charge add-on items as full priced menu items, instead of the discounted price associated with any meal add-on you had selected. Apparently this is how they're trained.
Trying to get a refund for the required amount from management is a waste of time, as any form of communication to the store is ignored.
They will rip you off when they can, they won't tell you what the order costs when your completing it through the box to the poorly trained...
