Versatile Restaurant — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

Were only in the planning process of our wedding but wanted to comment on the service we received. We made a visit to discuss a possible plan to have the reception at Versatile. We were very impressed with Josh and his willingness to assist and take the time to listen to what we wanted. He suggested some really great ideas, some of which we would never have thought of ourselves. Versatile sounds as though it offers the perfect mix between casual and class because Josh stressed that everything was flexible and that with him all our needs would be catered for. Had to wait a ridiculously long time from ordering the starter to it arriving. Then an hour from starter to main. Food was beautifully presented but lacked flavour, had to choose from a set menu so really we shouldn't have had to wait that long. Not fully booked out either so frustrating as to why every thing took so long. Got charged for the wrong bottle of wine and ended up paying more for it. All in all fantastic company but not the best evening...

Superb venue which hosted my sister-in-law's wedding reception. As a professional wedding photographer myself, I have seen dozens of receptions; but the care and the quality of this team was truly amongst the best I have ever seen. Great food, superb service and support through the entire process of organising and executing. This Level-7 reviewer cannot recommend this venue...
