Lemongrass Thai Express — Restaurant in District of Tuggeranong

Disgraceful service. Took two hours to get our food via Uber eats. Requested updates with no response from the restaurant. When I called to ask where the food was they said it was on the way. When I called back 40 mins later after being told 15 mins they said too bad it’s Uber eats problem. When I asked for a refund they said no it’s not our problem. When I said that it wasn’t good enough they said it wasn’t their problem and that there’s nothing that they can do.

How is this place still in business?

Maybe the food is ok but NEVER purchase food from here via Uber eats.

When the food got here it was spilled all through the bad. Bloody useless.

Poor customer service!

My family ate there for lunch with our 2 18month-old daughters. Because my 2 daughters obviously can’t use cuttleries yet they ate using their hands which they made a mess.

After eating I said sorry for the mess and was surprised by the staff’s reaction. She handed me the broom and said I should sweep the floor becase it was too messy. We were the only ones who were eating at that time so theyre not even busy. My husband and I cleaned after our daughters mess and left.

Food was good but serving size was extremely questionable. Had ordered the banquet for 4 people, the serving sizes that came out were very small, we all finished the plates no problem. The food was a 3/5 but the feeling that we could have saved $50 if we just ordered each meal individually as apposed to the banquet for 4 people left us questioning how. I still reccomend eating there but do yourself a favour, order what you want and do NOT get the banquet menu, you'll be left empty...
