The older guy out of 2 working last nights closing shift was really inattentive. My friend and I got two burritos and he first started asking what we wanted and when it got to the salads he just put them all on without asking when I didn’t want onion. Then my friend told him her sauces and I told him mine and he proceeded to put hers on both of ours, he apologised. I didn’t mind about this and wasn’t going to request a new one as I don’t like waste but I believe he was side tracked as he had AirPods in and everytime we told him what we wanted it’s like he was preoccupied and lagging, he also forgot to give us our drink. lol anyways the food was mid because he was rushing and not fully engaged with us. I just don’t know why staff are allowed to wear AirPods during shift it’s clearly a distraction. I've been having problems swallowing and acid reflux for the past week and because of that the things I could eat are very limited. The burrito bowl from zambreros has been one of the few things I've been able to eat for the past couple of days and therefore I've been ordering from this store the last couple of days through delivery apps such as deliveroo and menulog, and I've been very satisfied with my order (thank you to whoever the staff member(s) who prepared my order the last couple of times, it was delish!) until now and you can imagine my frustration when I saw this today.
