Came here last Friday for some quick bevs and food. Food came out and had a lot of cilantro/parsley on it. I know a lot of people love this stuff, but unfortunately for me, I'm one of the 25% of people known as "supertasters" (I know, lame name) that makes parsley/cilantro taste exactly like soap. It is extremely overpowering, in the smallest amounts. Even if you pick it off the flavor is then through the whole dish.
It was not listed on the menu that these food items contained these ingredients, when we mentioned to the waiter, she was super helpful and offered to replace with anything else on the menu. She also spoke with the chef to see what items had these ingredients. Which was a lot actually! We got some items replaced, really enjoyed the food and had a great time. She also said she would talk about getting it on the menu that these are present. Cause 25% of people is a lot.
So accommodating and understanding. Wish we got the waiters name, she was amazing!

Read moreSt. Brigid's Bar exudes a cozy and welcoming ambiance, making it a great spot to unwind and relish some top-notch bites. The polenta chips, in particular, are a revelation. Crispy on the outside, yet soft and flavorful within, they strike a delightful balance between texture and taste. Each bite offers a satisfying crunch, only to reveal a velvety, maize-rich center that lingers on the palate.
As for the pita and dip, it's clear that quality ingredients are at the forefront. The pita bread is fresh, soft, and perfectly charred, complementing the rich and flavorful dip. Every scoop is a medley of authentic flavors that transport you to the Mediterranean.
In summary, St. Brigid's Bar has managed to elevate simple dishes into culinary art. Both the polenta chips and the pita and dip stand out as must-try items for anyone seeking a delightful...

The inside is larger than it looks and is very well furnished, cosy warm and inviting it even has an outside area at the rear for when the weather improves We will...
