Lovely cosy little place to dine! But it is on the expensive side, 2 meals and 2 juices cost just under $70. It was very quiet when we came in (we were the only customers) when we ordered the food took about 20 minutes to arrive I assume as they were cooking it fresh. Both my partner and I were very happy with the meals we ordered and juice. I had the R&G Rost Benny with bacon and my partner had the R&G big brekkie board, both tasted fantastic but we were hoping we would get more on our plate. We orderd a juice thay consisted of apple, orange and Pineapple and this was delicious I'd definitely recommend! After our breakfast we orderd the coffees it was a bit on the expensive side and the coffee isn't that special. Overall we were impressed with this place and would definitely recommend it!

Highly recommend R&G. We were looking for something new to try around the area and saw that Rise & Grind were pretty highly rated. A few different businesses have had a crack at this location over the years and none that have really impressed. The venue is small but we've never had an issue getting a table. The menu is really interesting, which is refreshing to see. Most places seem to have have one dish that's a little different, but isn't the core menu. R&G has a few and they are all delicious. Only critique to offer is that passionfruit smoothie bowl was a bit intense, would have been good if this was more balanced. Coffee is great, food is great, what more could you want?

Had a wonderful 😋 first dine in experience at this gorgeous little cafe ☕️ on Scarb Beach Road in Doubleview this morning. Took my lovely daughter out to brekkie, her choice of cafe mind you, she chose the Sweet Waffles 🧇 and I had scrambled egg with a side of bacon 🥓 and mushrooms 🍄 The presentation was bang on perfect 👌 in every way. My daughter is fussy and her very first comment was “Wow mum this looks heavenly “. As we were walking out after our meal she said, “ this is our new go to coffee shop mum”. The two ladies on front counter were not only polite but super on the ball. This little cafe comes highly recommended!!!!

Local favourite, the coffee is always excellent and well made and staff/owners are always super friendly and polite, the owners are also often on hand either pitching in in the kitchen or serving customers which is a nice touch. Love the all day brunch menu gives a good sweet/savoury balance and having breakfast foods available until late on the weekend has rescued me from a hangover more than once. Some of the dishes are a little bit on the pricey side however portions are incredibly generous and i've never finished a dish so that balances it out I think.

The salted caramel brioche toast is excellent as is the potato rosti. Everything in the cabinet is home made and their baked goods are delicious. I'm not a big fan of the sandwiches and think again they are a little bit over priced. However they now also do a late night jaffle menu which looks absolutely incredible and well priced.

Excellent local business to support and well...

Don't understand how they're rated so highly

Went on a reasonably quiet Friday morning to find rude service (she answered her mobile phone half way thru taking my order) - coffee which was average (Milk hadn't been stretched correctly and the coffee itself tasted like dishwater)

The biggest joke of all - a sign saying everything is made from scratch, but then out comes a caterers blend of Hollandaise with my meal, the same bottled stuff that Coffee Club and so many third rate cafes use - gross!!!

With so many great cafes in Perth, offering a great vibe, fantastic food and awesome coffee, it's a wonder this place is still open because it doesn't compare. They seem more interested in selling their 'cook book' than in taking an order and making well prepared coffee and food

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as I got a park out the front and that was nice (highlight of the whole...
