Wow, we have all had bad experiences with McDonald's at sometime. We travel to Dubbo regularly and this store is the worse I've experienced especially in the last months. Orders wrong and food cold some months ago, yesterday I ordered a sausage and egg muffin meal with coffee, coffee was like warm milk, hash brown cold, sausage, egg and muffin like rubber. Called, complained they offered to replace coffee. Next morning I order 2 sausage and egg muffins with salt and pepper sachets, replacement coffee, I was at cash window for 5 minutes waiting for him to take coffee off order, should never had been put on as spoke of free coffee at order station, food win no salt and pepper in bag, can I please have salt and pepper, he looked and said only had pepper no salt 🤷♂️. Coffee window waiting for coffee, hello I said twice, window opens my coffee sitting there next to window, did you order coffee, yes! So sorry here it is. 10 minutes going through drive through when there was no one else around. Coffee was ok but food like rubber again. It's not McDonald's it's staff, management don't care. I will never enter this store and probably no other McDonald's ever again, no worth time...
Read moreI go for coffee everyday and mostly i need to go back and say it’s bad coffee . I don’t know they need to train their staff to make coffee. Half of cup with foam only and brunt. If it was straight i could accept it but i waited for that outside and bring me back same cup of coffee. Very bad . When going back hey this is missing ,manager will make face not even a sorry. I spend money on something but it feels like they are giving for free. Do you really give same coffee back? Is it how mangers trained with service? It’s too much now i need to go every day back with complain and need to see their disgraceful face and still...

It is also stressful to say the least on staff who to date on the three occasions i have visited the stores whilst on holiday in NSW and Victoria the staff have ranged from rude to extremely helpful to a stressed out manager.
Surely in this day and age customers should have the right to choose how they wish to be served.
It woould make sense if after taking the extra time to navigate the system you got priority service but as i discovered after ordering a coffee at the menu board, the people who ordered at the counter got served first.
Management need to rethink this...
