Absolute worst customer service experience I've had. It was 11:45 and I went to order lunch to be informed by the owner "lunch doesn't start til 12" and then she strutted off! Couldn't believe my eyes! Went back to my family and my husband said to ask some else to place our order and that we were happy to wait until 12 for the cooking to begin. So I did so, ordered with another middle aged girl, I ordered my entire families meals and left mine to the end, all I requested was to have a cheese and tomoato toasted sandwich, rather than a ham and cheese, as I am pregnant and could not eat the ham. Get this for an answer "no sorry we can't do that"!!!!! What????? It's 2017! Accommodate people, you are clearly not a fine dining restaurant, you are a however a simple cafe, make a cheese and tomato toastie and keep a pregnant woman happy would you! So we cancelled the order, strolled over to Occy's where the service was so amazing, food changes were made to accommodate us and we had a great experience. Perhaps more time needs to be put into training staff on customer service. Such a shame. Will never return and nor will our family and friends...

We had a wonderful breakfast at Evviva Cafe in Dunsborough. The food was awesome and the service was friendly and fast. We ordered the full Aussie breakfast, which was hearty and delicious, and the omelette with chorizo, cheese and spinach, which was fluffy and flavorful. We also enjoyed the fresh juices, which were refreshing and healthy, and the latte coffee, which was smooth and creamy.

The kids loved their avocado on toast with poached eggs and scrambled eggs. They said it was the best breakfast they ever had. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable.

We definitely recommend Evviva Cafe to anyone looking for a great place to eat in Dunsborough. It's a cozy and charming cafe with a lovely atmosphere and a fantastic menu. We can't wait to go back there again.
