Dôme Café — Restaurant in Esperance

I recently visited “Dome Esperance” and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The meat served during my meal was unpleasant and did not meet the standards I expect when dining out. Upon receiving my dish, I noticed that the meat appeared to be of low quality. It had an off-putting smell and texture that made it difficult to enjoy. As someone who appreciates good food, this was quite disappointing. The taste of the meat was not only unappetizing but also seemed poorly prepared. It lacked seasoning and flavor, which further detracted from the overall dining experience. I believe that proper preparation is essential for any dish, especially when it comes to meat. Additionally, I couldn’t help but feel concerned about the hygiene practices in the kitchen. The state of the meat raised questions about how it was stored and handled prior to being served. Cleanliness is crucial in any food establishment, and this experience left me feeling uneasy. sorry but we had a dog and we understand you cant let dogs into the establishment but when your heaters outside are not in operation when its clearly cold get a portable one that sits outside for people with dogs. we should have honestly just gone somewhere else but we know the food and drinks are always some what the same at every dome which is always a good feed. this could have been a 5 star review but instead its now a 2 star for something they should get fixed when they are broken or get one thats portable to wheel in and out when its cold like it was. it was so cold i actually asked if we could all sit near the doors where the dog would still be somewhat outside with a "no due to health regulations" being near ice cold im sure they could have done something alot better then treating us like 2nd class citizens when they say they are dog friendly but seems only on nice days... when it comes to the cold its a get f'd no dogs inside we dont care if you freeze... get your heaters fixed outside or sort something else out to keep...

We have been to dome outlets in Perth and very satisfied with the experience and food... We came to dome Esperance today with same expectations.... But the experience was highly disappointing....The table we sat at was not cleaned after the previous customers left.... it was full of food scraps....We were hoping someone would clean it and it was not done for the next 20 mins....then one of the staff arrived with our food and he did not even realize that the table was not cleaned..... it is only after I requested him to please clean the table, he did so.... With the food, I ordered a big breakfast and it arrived without baked beans...when asked the staff, they told me... You don't get it unless you ask for it when ordering.... She was not at all bothered whether I wanted it and went away.... Unfriendly staff, tables not cleaned etc... Will not come...
