I visited the store a while ago (29.08.25) but finally have time to write a proper review. I had my tasting note on the phone so don’t worry too much about the honesty of my review. Really recommend for whoever is missing or wanting to try Chinese traditional dumplings.
I ordered the Steamed Chicken and Prawn, Beef Dumplings combination. Definitely handmade, fresh, the dough had a good chew but unfortunately there were dried edges, which affects the textured when the dish is cooled down. Their filling on the other hand were great and very traditional, felt like I was transferred to a street full of small food vendors in China. I really recommend getting the beef filling. They are savoury, onion-y and juicy. I had to wait for a bit for the food but I don’t mind tbh.
The space is modest but clean and you can definitely enjoy your food here...

Pan fried dumplings are crispy, the wanton soup is flavourful, and the hot sauce is actually hot. Why go to a fancy place for an inferior, wacky dumpling when you can have the...

Plus other items I’ve tried so far - the steamed pork buns, spring onion pancakes, and pan fried pork/celery dumplings and vegetable dumplings - so good! And the service is lovely. I have been back in the last couple days and will...
