Tasty Kitchen - Pakistani and Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Victoria

I ordered for the first time tonight, but they kept changing the time for delivery, to over an hour. I called the restaurant to check on my order, and the man who answered, tells me that I am on auditable messages and hangs up the phone. I call back and the audio recorded message answers. That was a put off, so I left multiple messages to be sure they cancel my order! Close to 2 hours later, my order arrives! I call up the restaurant again, and this time the same person answers. I told him what I thought about their customer service (what comes out of your behind) and he says you too Haha. Not only are they liars but their customer service is UNACCEPTABLE and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Judging from their replies to bad reviews, they still haven’t made any changes with their poor customer service. From now on, I will be checking reviews when ordering online. Im just glad I cancelled. Why eat from the hands of people who don’t even care about their customers??? Makes me wonder how they treat the...

From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety, but I couldn’t resist trying the Biryani and Karahi. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced. The tender meat and fragrant rice in the Biryani were exceptional!

I also loved the freshly baked naan, which paired wonderfully with the rich gravies. Don’t skip dessert—the Gajar halwa was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal.
