I absolutely adore the GCAP. I find the quality of shows amazing, and I personally have preferred GCAP shows over the more prestigious Melbourne theatres. It's a very memorable and wonderful experience, and the upgrade has been incredible. I enjoy that from the audience, I can completely lose myself in every performances without it being overly unaffordable nor compromising on the quality of shows they offer. It's competitive prices mean that I can comfortably explore shows of genres I would otherwise not watch. GCAP is accessible and affordable as much as it can be, even after their upgrade. It's also very family friendly and provides great shows for children (and people of all ages with different interests), which I love. My 6 and 2 year old's would much rather watch something at the GCAP then go to the movies. We've enjoyed endless entertainment and shows at the GCAP; too many to mention. I absolutely love it! Hands down, my favourite theatre. I leave a piece of my heart there each performance I have watched. I have never seen a performance at GCAP I did not enjoy. And, the memories we are building as a family are priceless. GCAP with all our hearts, thank you! We truly love your theatre, it's extraordinary. There is something for everyone...

Attended last show of priscilla last night !! What a amazing show 😍 👏 The cast was brilliant and it was so entertaining and I was up moving and singing along.

The newly renovated gpac was great with a few issues where you might seat. At the back on aisles seats there's a hand rail but it's 20 inch too high as it's in your face if you seat at aisles seats.

If you seat in the side balcony stalls your vision is blocked 🚫 by a large speaker on the wall.. that should have been placed alot higher and it was super loud to sit there and when guests behind you cheers it's super loud as it's in a corner. Also last row seats ,you need to look through a glass panel to see the stage, theses are restricted views!! There's no need to have glass panel there, from my vision of the area. Some issues in number 6 show room and the step issue to go into the seating area was a big issue by a staff member was there to assist ...

Beautiful venue and show was fabulous 💖

Oh the blue...

Tonight we went the playhouse to see Kasey Chambers. I had snapped something in my knee this week and landed in a wheelchair. Amy was delightful on the phone and moved us seats to allow me access to a seat. The floor manager when I got there found me even better seats near the stage with access for my wheelchair and the usher Samantha was amazing assisting me to my seat, bought my wine in from the bar. Dale was so lovely helping us all night. They truely made our experience tonight memorable. My only concern would be the disabled loo. The door was so heavy I couldn’t push it open and wheel the wheelchair inside myself someone had to help. Given people with a disability use this bathroom there should be an automatic door on this that swings open itself so they don’t have to struggle with the door and any mobility aid they...

Good seating arrangement unless the person Infront of you stands up to dance 🤓🤣 One up All up 👍 for a Jig. An Intimate Auditorium. Smaller than Costa Hall. Stage Size was just right. Lighting and Sound. You can take your wine glasses back to your seat. Toilets are for everyone lol. You can walk in with Hubby 🥸 Plenty of Street parking. Plenty of Stairs once your inside. Lifts and Wheelchair Access. Very Very Noice Arts Centre.

Decent theatre. Sure, it's not Capital-city-sized, but perfectly adequate for regional productions. Around 800 seats, all with good views. Bar (quite limited selections) and cafè are in the spacious foyer. Ticketek and Ticketmaster agency incorporated in the box office, but not always open. All up, a good centre for many events/shows etc.

Had the pleasure of witnessing the talented Mark Anthony performing Elvis! The staff were friendly and there were smiles all round - from Security, to the Bar & Cafe staff, to the Ushers. The venue itself was very clean and easy to navigate your way around with visible signs. Had a fantastic vibe!
