Hungry Jack's Burgers Geraldton — Restaurant in Geraldton

What a joke fast food !!!!!! Waited 20 minutes to be served. No fault of the only young trainee on the front counter at around 2.20pm today, who was being yelled at by the drive through attendant to get drinks that had been ordered by her drive through customers. The manager was no where to be seen until about 15 minutes into our wait to be served and then he was yelling at the trainee for drinks on order (we still not served), all he had to do is turn around and she had them on the counter waiting and when he called our order he just put the order on the counter said sorry for the wait without any eye contact or sincerity 25 minutes to be served and receive our food. The young trainee was at least sincere with her apology. I am very sorry for any young person that starts their career at the Geraldton store as it is a farce. No wonder McDonald's are killing it in Geraldton. They have staff to cover all customers and drive through with minimal waiting time. You need to find a new manager who is employee based and also wants customers. Wont be going back for a very long time...

I've had one staff member that was rude and told me off for asking for no tomato at the end of my order saying i should have asked at the start, otherwise the staff have been lovely. 25/11/2020 at roughly 12pm i bought two meals that came in one bag, the wait wasn't long and the service was just fine however when i got out of my car carrying a 2month old with one arm and the hungry jacks bag with the free hand i walked through my back gate just to have the bag completely tear. I was not impressed with this and even less impressed that when contacted was told that they would only replace the chips as even though the burgers hit the ground they were covered so it's fine. For future reference maybe you should make your bags like your coffees with their "warning hot" and put "warning prone to tearing hold with care". A very unhappy customer...

Literally the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen. Floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Ladies toilet was filthy. Built up dirty in the corners and on backs of doors and fixtures. All hands and doors were dirty! Kmart toilet brush under the toilet covered in dirt and in laying in dirt. Windows and doors all filthy. If they claim to be doing extra cleaning because of covid it's a lie. To top it off an employee changed the filthy bin while we were sitting nearby, it leaked all through the kids play area and into the restaurant and she didn't come back to clean it up while we were there. The owner should be embarrassed and I reckon it would have serious issues if health department showed up. Food was below...
