Rude staff Serve up stale cones cause I asked for waffle cone with kids ice cream scoop.. was happy to pay the extra $1 for the cone.. once she then admitted she gave us stale cone was like do you want me to change to a fresh one.. customer before me got nice fresh cone as was a nice brown Colour.. ones my kids for were horrible my 2 kids spat them out so i tried and wow distrusting.. rudest staff and dumbest humans in Gold Coast work here.. they were nice and friendly to their own kind but not to me as a born here Australian

And as for your comments as the owner. How about not being so reactive. Your head office has my contact details. you as the business owner could have contacted me but instead you believe the lies from your staff.. 2 sides to every story. Might visit your store Tomrorow...

Absolutely disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins Sorrento . Ordered the brownie with choc mint ice cream and it was a complete letdown. The brownie was rock hard—clearly not heated at all—and made it almost impossible to eat. On top of that, they gave the tiniest drizzle of fudge like they were rationing it.

Customer service was just as bad. The teenage staff couldn’t care less—one of them was literally lying on top of the ice cream cabinet while the others ignored customers. No greeting, no smile, no basic service. For the price you pay, you’d expect at least some effort. Won’t be returning anytime...

waited two hours on menulog for this incorrect order. wanted help went to restaurant - owner /manager was not happy to exchange or refund as he apparently tried to contact me & was quite rude no answer of the phones- didn’t seem interested to help as he was “flat out” left with no ice cream or money! in these times you would think their would be a bit of co-op happening- so i paid $27 for the wrong order, menulog fees and delivery fee - I WAS upset but still there should have been some sort of customer service there on...
