Okay, I’ve been here once before and bought chicken and didn’t like it so today I tried to order the vegetables baked and also a chips with gravy. The chips were in a cup inside a bag and the gravy was inside a container so I asked for a box to put the chips in so that I could pour the gravy over them, the chips were fluorescent yellow to my disgust . What do you think of the chips honestly looks radioactive? The service, I agree with the same opinion as the other person that left her a review. If I was the owner I’d be addressing the staff. I don’t know if they are your daughters, but the attitude of the two that looks similar was very dismissive and not interested at all how about service with a smile And I suggest that if your taking a lead off the prices of other businesses that you adjust yours as they are overpriced and I will be going back to charcoal hub around the corner the chicken there is cooked, fresh in front of your eyes and taste...

I bought 5 pieces of chicken, medium chips and a tub of gravy. I have never had a piece of chicken so disgusting as this. I peeled back the skin on a breast piece and it was thick, brown and like rubber? I can’t recall ever seeing anything like this. I always peel the skin off as I don’t eat it but this left me feeling sick. The chicken underneath was still a bit pink so I fed it to my dog. The rest went in the bin. Chips were ok however they were mostly small bits. Gravy ok not very hot. Very overpriced and an unpleasant purchase. Won’t ever be back. I now wish I took the food back to them and asked for an explanation of what that rubbery brown substance was? I give one star for the young girl that...
