Received a necklace as a gift came all knotted and broken, sent it back express and was told they’d send one the same day As I was going away on holiday and wanted it, they ended up sending it a few days later and turned up why I was holidays of course when I finally opened it was sent lose in a pouch and of course was knotted again, took me and my partner half an hour to unknot it, i don’t think they know how to package jewellery properly!
