I placed an online order using valid voucher codes earlier tonight. When arriving to the store, after the suggested ready window, my order was not completed. I spoke briefly with a team member who said it wouldn’t be long. I then waited 20 minutes to be asked by another team member how they could help, to which I stated that I was waiting for my order. They said the meatballs were not cooking but would see to it straight away. They went to the freezer/fridge and returned saying they will be ready soon. I waited another 5 minutes before they said we’ll just get them started for you now. I said they aren’t important, not to worry, I’d just like the rest of the order and I’d be on my way. 30 minutes after arriving, I was finally on my way home but it doesn’t get better from here. When arriving home, I opened one of the pizza boxes to see that it had the incorrect pizza toppings and the cheesy garlic bread that was ordered was only supplied as a normal garlic bread. Not bothering to call the store due to the poor service earlier, I’ve decided to show your store a similar service that I received tonight.
WARNING: Do not order from Upper Coomera. Management are having some difficulty ensuring their younger workers are equipped properly for their shifts, resulting in a waste of customer time and money*.
*This is the most polite way I can tell you that your employees deserve better, so they can do better for the people who purchase your products and fill your wallet/bank account while you sit in the comfort of your home pretending you’re good at...
Read moreInitially called our local store andcwas told they don't service my end of the area. Called another store, placed a delivery order and was told would arrive in 45 to 60 min. I get a call from the driver 40 minutes later stating he's at our gate. I told him we don't have a gate and he read the address on order - wrong address. He says oh sorry, confirms correct address with me and I assumed he was on his way. Still nothing and so another 50 minutes later I had to call the store and was told they don't service my area and will need to call the original store I called. I told them they told me I needed to go through you guys and they asked if I would like the order remade. I stated so after the driver initially went to the wrong address, our order was just void without a phone call or anything? I said I would just like a refund. I had to then be put through to the manager to request that who apologised and said the order will be remade and the driver will give me the refund in cash. Within 30 minutes, the driver turned up with the refund but no order. Nearly 2hrs after the initial order was made, with no contact to discuss options after their stuff-up.. still no food and a crying hungry child. Beyond disgusted by their service and will definitely not be ordering from...
Read moreThe place is more like a child care centre! Management needs to stand up and control their staff! I sat there and listened to teenage staff member laughing that all the pizzas were re-makes because one was deliberately making them wrong. I could also hear teenagers staff members laughing about and mocking the manager that I never seen once in the 20 minute I was inside waiting. (well no one that resembled a manager) I listened to 3 customer complaints and also 2 phone calls that I assume it be complaint from the side of the conversation I could hear. Now one of our pizzas wasn't originally made so we had to wait while the rest of our order was ready. All our pizzas were in a puddle of oil, so much it was all soggy, the box was even soggy. Once we lifted the pizza out of the box it looked to be more than 150ml of oil just sitting on the box, now I can't imagine how much was in the pizza or in the cardboard.
