Oh dear. What can I say! Have visited a few times with my little King Charles Spaniel and have always sat at the first two tables - the ones almost on the street. My dog was always welcome. Had no idea they had banned dogs completely as at the front entrance there was no sign, only at the point of ordering ( didn’t see as so many people surrounding that area ) and apparently there is one out on the patio side but we were on the outside. After receiving our pizzas we were debating whether to ask for boxes to take them home as about 40 plus huge flies, the sort that you find round your bin, were literally swarming us. It was disgusting and was really putting us off our food. They were the type you have with overflowing bins ect. Then the lady who served us came over and told us we would have to tie the dog out on the street as the manager had just spotted us and dog’s apparently had been banned from Christmas after a dog attack. She could possibly have just let us finish quickly but I guess with the flies she was doing us a favour! I think our small well behaved dog was far less of a problem then swarms of bluebottles and we wish the manager dealt with that so quickly and effectively too! We...

Amazing pizza , wine and beer on the water for amazing prices and fresh amazing pizzas. Where else can you sit on the water looking at million dollar luxury boats and pay $5.50 for a Corona and $20 for a giant fresh cooked pizza or $30 for a good bottle of wine. We go every week and have done for years and have never had a bad meal or a warm drink. This became our local when the brewed brewery closed down at paradise point as there are only a few places you can dine on the water at Paradise Point and sadly the restaurant that replaced the brewed brewery is too over priced and food lacking , it’s better to spend $12 on a under and go to George’s and now the 4 -6 of us go weekly and stay for pizzas and salad and drinks for 3-4 hours on the water and the most we spend is $35 each. There is no table service but the restaurant has its own bathrooms and the view is excellent with every table having a water view and the hundreds at giant fish in the water makes it a very appealing day out . This place has nailed it and is always packed busy but the service is never slow no matter how busy they...

This woodfire pizza shop by the water is an absolute delight for pizza enthusiasts like myself. The picturesque location adds a special touch to the dining experience, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The pizzas are truly sensational, with the woodfire oven imparting a unique smoky flavor that elevates every bite. From classic Margherita to creative gourmet combinations, the pizza selection is diverse and satisfying. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside, a testament to the craftsmanship behind each pie. The friendly and attentive staff ensures that every visit is met with top-notch service, making you feel like a valued guest. Whether you're dining in or grabbing a slice to-go, this woodfire pizza shop is a true haven for pizza lovers. Treat yourself to a slice of heaven by the water and indulge in the mouthwatering perfection...

We visit George's Paragon every other week for about a year, and the food and service have always been amazing. However, today's lunch somewhat spoiled the experience. We ordered a pesto pollo pizza, which was as exceptional as ever, but the salad leaves on top were almost entirely spoiled. We are not typically picky customers, and if it were just a few spoiled leaves, we wouldn't leave negative comments. Unfortunately, today, nearly all the leaves were in poor condition. Additionally, the staff who served us at around 11:50am seemed upset and never smiled when we placed our orders. We hope that our next visit doesn't encounter this issue again and that the quality returns to its original standard.

Popular and casual by the water. Tucked away but very popular. No table service as you go up to the bar to order and are given a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. You take your own drinks to the table from a selection of wine, beer, ciders, coffees and soft drinks. Service is fairly quick and the food is good. Wheelchair accessible with public washrooms and parking nearby. Great casual spot, night or day.

This is a great little pizzeria in Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast. Trendy Greek style seating in booths or tables on the marina. Numerous pizza options with 2 pasta and 2 salads. The supreme pizza we had was overflowing with ingredients and full of flavour. The base was thin and crispy. Perhaps the best part was the happy hour prices half price as per the menu I've posted. Definitely will be back.
