Early ride up the bike way from Coolangatta to Currumbin. Always let the universe find breakfast spots and rode past an inviting café Kinship. Found a table inside in the shade. The place had a relaxed vibe and always great to be in a café where everyone seems happy and friendly. Simple menu but easy to choose from. Coffees came quickly and, wow, I tasted mine and waited for my wife to taste hers. “That is the best coffee I have had in a long time” she said and it was exactly what I thought when I tasted mine.

Food was not quick but I understood why as each meal was a masterpiece.

My wife wanted hard fried egg on toast, arrived as perfect. I had smashed avocado, (generous serve and well presented), and added mushrooms that I would recommend doing. Beautifully cooked down large portobello’s well-seasoned and included herbs. The staff were friendly, and we were recharged for the bike ride back to Coolangatta. Just thought I would mention we were on pedal power bikes unlike the numerous high speed electric cycles that speed...

I visited the cafe this morning and unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience. The young woman at the counter was very dismissive — she barely looked at me, didn’t seem interested in listening, and her tone came across as quite rude.

It wasn’t just me who felt uncomfortable — everyone I was with noticed it too. It’s really disappointing to be treated that way, especially in a such s beautiful location.

The coffee was actually quite nice, which makes it even more of a shame that the service...

My friend and I ordered a take away Coffee and a Bacon & Egg Roll each to start the day off for my 64th Birthday. Our coffees were delicious, but we both agreed that the Bacon & Egg Rolls we both ate, were probably one of the best we have ever eaten. I had a normal bread roll, however my friend had the GF option & was very pleased with her bread roll. I'm sure both my friend & I will return again even though we live an hour & half away...

Kinship Currumbin is our new fave brekky and lunch spot for all the fam, located right opposite the beach. With views to die for and a menu that will make your mouth water (seriously probably the best halloumi burger I’ve ever had) you’ll want to add this one to your list. @kinship.currumbin . . . . #familyfriendlycafe #goldcoastcafe #goldcoast #travelfamily #travelwithkids #mumlife #eats #goodfood #foodinspo #goldcoastfoodie

The breaky burrito is the best I've had in all my travels. It's $18, but I only got through half. I will keep the other half for later. I'm not sure if it's because of the time I'm here, but am surprised it wasn't busy!! Just a little hidden away... for some reason, I seen the community building upstairs and assumed I couldn't enter, until I finally noticed the coffee shop underneath on my way back of walking past. Great place 🤤 do recommend.
