I recently visited McDonalds and had a rather disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Indi. Unfortunately, the service provided by her left much to be desired and left me feeling dissatisfied.
From the moment I approached the counter, Indi seemed disinterested and unengaged. Her lack of enthusiasm made it difficult to communicate my inquiries effectively. Moreover, her responses were curt and bordered on rudeness. It was evident that she had no interest in providing a satisfactory experience for customers.
Throughout the interaction, it became apparent that Indi lacked the basic knowledge required to assist customers adequately. Her lack of product knowledge and inability to answer my questions left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It is disappointing when a staff member cannot provide even the most basic information about the establishment they work for.
Furthermore, Indi's demeanor was unprofessional and disrespectful. She displayed impatience when I asked for clarification, giving off an air of superiority that was completely uncalled for. Her dismissive attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
In addition to the poor service, the overall ambiance of the establishment was also lacking. The lack of cleanliness and organization created an unpleasant environment for customers. It is clear that attention to detail and cleanliness are not priorities at this establishment.
Overall, my experience with Indi and the overall service at McDonalds was highly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy exhibited by Indi was unacceptable. It is my hope that the management of McDonalds addresses these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.
I would advise potential visitors to consider other options in the area until the service and customer experience at McDonalds improve...
Read more12/4/23 - Me again 😆 It truly is laughable! When will I ever learn lol So....tried the Maccas app delivery. Didn't receive all items and the ones that were meant to be cooked, were not freshly cooked. Off I go to the establishment once again! Hoping to receive a fresh order, they gave me back the same old burger, old nuggets, which I didn't receive originally. I don't want to venture there after a 10hr work day...Grrrrr!
16/3/23 - Tonights order was the best yet! We obviously received a staff members box of half eaten chicken nuggets and what looked like KFC popcorn chicken!? Once again we were told to contact Uber eats for a refund, but unfortunately we live close enough to deal with them face to face. Frick'n useless! 25/1/20 - There are so many times that we order through Uber Eats and the order is incorrect. Yet it can't be fixed and is blamed on Uber Eats??? They're not making the food and filling the order. The kids running this show have no bloody idea or even an apology when the kids trying to train the kids feck up!
A while back lol - The new Indian owners don't understand the consistency of McDonalds. Our Uber Eats order was incorrect and then going to the store we received replacement burgers and chips. The chips were cooked 3 times over, worse than the first lot we got...putrid! Read moreI had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s tonight. The girl who was managing the Uber order who was preparing my food, she didn’t have a name tag on however she had brownish blonde hair brown eyes, freckles and a lot of ear peircings, Instead of packaging my order, majority of the time she spent trying to put a lid on the frozen coke correctly, which seemed like a difficult task for her to compete. When she finally got my order finishes I had been waiting there for about 15 minutes. I asked her if the tub of pickles were in the bag and she started to laugh about something that was not not even funny which I found extremely disrespectful. I then told her to more efficient and faster costumer service she kept making mistakes, after I told her that she started showing me a huge amount of attitude and rudeness. Whatever I said to her may have been a bit harsh but it was true, and all she would do was back answer me. She then proceed to blame the long wait for the service on the store being busy yet it was clear that there was only 2 other costumers waiting, it was obvious that it was her lack of coordination and organisation that contributed to my experience tonight.
