I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in Southport, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set the stage for a fantastic dining experience.

Went there because the Ashmore store had relocated yet, the call centre still asks do you want to pick up from Ashmore store( I had no idea the Ashmore store had relocated) google maps and call centre both indicates to go to Southport to collect. Went to counter advised the young mad my name and order, it had already been approx 30 minutes. The youngman said it would be about 6 more minutes, after 10 minutes another young man asked if anyone was waiting ,I said I was gave name and order he could not find it a manger then came out and I gave him name and order. He said he had nothing by that name , yet the other attendant told me to wait. He said it was a call centre error, Ashmore had relocated to crestwood and I should call them. So I said to him so you guys have stuffed my order up and now your just telling to F off and solve myself , and his words were Yep go and F..ing sorted out yourself nothing to do with us we are busy...

First time in ordering from here in a while and can honestly say the experience has left me shocked. The pizzas arrived 30 minutes late and one pizza had been dropped. We called to let the store know and they did not believe us so we had to text them pictures before they would even acknowledge. After that they told us they are busy so they will send another one out at some point. When we explained that it was not acceptable for us to wait who knows how long for the second half of our order they agreed to make the complete order again. All this time we were dealing with a normal staff member due to the manager refusing to take the call as she was too busy. A couple of minutes after this phone call we received a call from the manager Paige, she told us she has the right to refuse service and will not be making the pizzas now, she then hung up. I seriously can't believe this has happened especially after accepting payment...
