Three Kings Pizza Parkwood — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

My mother and I order from here on a regular basis on the weekends. We love their pizzas and enjoy coming back for more. Tonight we have an unexpected experience leaving us confused and disappointed within this company’s pride and customer service policies. Here’s what happened, we order a pizza at 8pm and they said it would be an hour maximum, after that hour we called multiple times no answer we gave it 20mins and tried again, we had someone pick up they had they tried to blame us and say that we were not at the property and they tried to ring us multiple times this was not the case we are hungry and waiting for our pizza, we asked for management and he said he was management the way this was handled was very unprofessional and not fair for us he promised to us the integrity of his ‘drivers’ that they did try to deliver the pizza, lies and lies what about the customers integrity, instead we got half of compensation in store credit $30 over waiting over an hour and half for food to be then called liars.

Customer service and food is appalling, if I spoke to my customers like this gentleman (no scratch that, pig) I would have no business. Called to complain about the Traditional Lasagna ordered. I didn’t want a refund I was informing on the product. The owner was very aggressive on the phone and would not let me speak. I had to shout at him to get him to be quite to let me get my word in. He continued bellowing down the phone “this is a pizza shop and don’t make the lasagna and we purchase it and put cheese on it”. I asked if he has ever tasted it and he said “no as he doesn’t like lasagna but his granddaughter loves it” Well Sir, your lasagna was terrible and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. If I could post a photo I would. And I will return it tomorrow for a taste test. Hey it might taste better sitting unfrozen. Please Sir take it off your menu if you yourself would Not indulge in his own food. First time customer last time purchaser and I will let...

Ordered two takeout pizzas, Meat Lovers and BBQ Chicken.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing as both pizzas had an overwhelming amount of uncooked ham. I've never encountered such an excess of ham on individual pizzas before, and it truly detracted from the entire meal.

Suggested menu revisions:

BBQ chicken: BBQ base, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, a bit of chicken, 1 rasher of bacon, and a touch of mozzarella

Meat Lovers: BBQ base, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, ham, 4 slices of pepperoni, a bit of beef, 1 rasher of bacon, and a touch of mozzarella, and topped with more BBQ sauce.

Paying $52 for two large pizzas that were unfortunately dominated by an excessive amount of ham was a complete waste of money.
