Zala's Pace — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

The food and service here are amazing. I am a local, however I had not been in until recently. I am so glad I did!!! I bought a red lentil curry to take home and a cheese and spinach roll to eat on the spot. I absolutely loved the cheese and spinach roll and have just served the curry to my kids for dinner who also loved it and even asked for seconds. The curry is delicious and this will now be a regular for me especially when I don't feel like cooking dinner for the kids and I. I can't recommend it enough - the service was lovely too. By word-of-mouth referral, I went into Zala's Place for a short lunch break on Wednesday (20/04). I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the many Vegetarian menu-offerings. Fantastic choice of pies, pastries, warm cooked meals and a range of warm beverages including Chai and Cacao. I ordered the Thai Curry with a red-velvet Cacao drink. Most impressed. Included were freshly sliced 'chillies'...to warm you up a bit more. Delicious and heart-warming meal. Great Service. The Red-Velvet cacao drink topped it off beautifully. Will visit again.
