I usually don’t leave reviews, but after repeated incidents, I felt it necessary to speak up—especially on behalf of the food delivery drivers who work hard to deliver our food on time.
There’s a dark-haired Australian woman working at this restaurant who consistently treats delivery drivers with disrespect. I’ve witnessed her being rude, dismissive, and even aggressive toward both food delivery drivers and their colleagues. At one point, I saw her literally throw a bag of food at a driver. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any workplace, especially one that relies so heavily on delivery services.
To make things worse, the food is often poorly packaged—containers leaking, items not secured properly, and everything just tossed into the bag with no care. It’s no surprise that by the time it reaches the customer, it’s a mess.
But the biggest problem is how long the food sits out before it’s handed to the driver. Orders are often left sitting for too long, completely unattended. This results in cold, soggy meals by the time they arrive. It’s unfair to the customer and makes the driver’s job even harder.
Respecting delivery drivers isn’t just about manners—it’s about ensuring a better experience for everyone, from restaurant staff to end customer. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their team to treat drivers with the professionalism and basic decency they deserve. Please think twice if you’re planning to order online from...
Read moreWe were coming to that restaurant for years, but Yesterday, 23/02, I visited a so-called Thai restaurant with my family. As soon as we entered the place, the smell of mold made me sick, but that was not the biggest problem. The real issue was the brunette Aussie girl who was serving us. She came to our table and threw the menu on our table and, in an ordering voice, asked us what we wanted—no greeting, no smile, just a poker face, and no manners or customer service skills. I asked if we could have water before making an order, and she said NO, that she would bring it after we ordered because she didn’t want to run to the kitchen twice. She said she would get it on her way back. After that, we just stood up and left the place. I couldn’t believe someone with such a terrible attitude could work in the hospitality business, especially in a Thai restaurant, which is usually known for its great service. My suggestion: please choose another restaurant if you don’t want your dinner to be spoiled by an...
Read moreI had big expectations from this place, because of the reviews and the look of it.
Unfortunately, my expectations met with the sad reality. The food they serve at this restaurant doesn’t have anything to do with Thai cuisine.
I ordered Chicken stir fry in oyster sauce and Chicken Penang Curry and didn’t even finish it.
They used capsicum, broccoli, baby corn and white cup mushrooms in both dishes, which was as far from an authentic curry as Bangkok from Sydney.
The veggies in the curry were not cooked and lacked any flavour. It seemed as if they put raw vegetables in the pre-made curry along with cooked chicken and microwaved it all.
To be honest it was just disgracefully wrong, given they charged $26 for the curry, plus $4 for a bowl of steamed rice.
It ruined my night and left a sour aftertaste after this visit. I wish they could taste their...
